Shyrel

[Verse 1]
Some folks count their silver, some folks count their gold
But the richest heart I know was never bought or sold
We grew up in Cochrane, with love at every door
We walked to Vance River school, you always gave a little more

[Chorus]
You don't have to have everything to give everything
Through the storm you lift your hands in praise
Walking in His healing and His grace
Happy birthday, sister, heaven sees everything

[Verse 2]
Cheryl, you were Daddy's favorite girl, his sunshine and his pride
You'd share your only sandwich with whoever's by your side
With little in your hands, you still found more to share
For the lonely and forgotten, you were always there

[Chorus]
You don't have to have everything to give everything
Through the storm you lift your hands in praise
Walking in His healing and His grace
Happy birthday, sister, heaven sees everything

[Bridge]
When the road got rough and the nights got long
You held to the Lord and you kept on strong
Standing tall with a smile on your face
Sister, you are living proof of grace

[Verse 3]
I thank the Lord for every year He's given you on earth
Your faith is your foundation, your love is all your worth
Your kindness is the language that your heart has always known
Cheryl, you're God's faithful daughter, and you've never walked alone

[Chorus]
You don't have to have everything to give everything
Through the storm you lift your hands in praise
Walking in His healing and His grace
Happy birthday, sister, heaven sees everything

[Outro]
Happy birthday, Cheryl, Daddy's special girl
A heart overflowing, the greatest gift in the world
