Kathryn & Victor Otero

[Verse 1]
Some love runs fast and easy,
Some takes the long way round.
A girl of sixteen spinning
Out on that frozen ground.
A boy of fifteen sent a text
That broke her heart in two.

[Chorus]
'Cause some hearts find their way back,
No matter how far they roam.
A table for two in a coffee shop
Turned out to be their home.
So raise a glass to Kathryn and Victor,
To a love that waited true.
It started with a cup of coffee,
And it ends today with "I do."

[Verse 2]
Years went by, they found other loves,
Took roads that didn't bend,
But every year on her birthday
He'd still text her like a friend.
Then near the end of junior year,
Two hearts got one more chance.

[Chorus]
'Cause some hearts find their way back,
No matter how far they roam.
A table for two in a coffee shop
Turned out to be their home.
So raise a glass to Kathryn and Victor,
To a love that waited true.
It started with a cup of coffee,
And it ends today with "I do."

[Bridge]
She's a nurse with hands that heal,
He's a Navy man who serves.
Now they'll give each other
All the love that each deserves.

[Verse 3]
On the last day of October,
Under autumn's golden light,
The girl who skated circles
Finally lands it right.
No more texts that say goodbye,
Just a lifetime of hello.

[Chorus]
'Cause some hearts find their way back,
No matter how far they roam.
A table for two in a coffee shop
Turned out to be their home.
So raise a glass to Kathryn and Victor,
To a love that waited true.
It started with a cup of coffee,
And it ends today with "I do."

[Outro]
From fifteen to forever,
From a text to a vow,
It took the long way round,
But they're right where they belong now.
