How we met
I rolled up on my black and chrome Nighthawk to drop my roommate off at his girlfriend’s house. Korina was sitting on the outside front steps enjoying the summer night sky. She was a vision of blonde hair with smoky gold eyes wearing a white V neck tee shirt tucked into high waisted stone washed jeans cinched down with a black oversized belt and wearing short black boots. I was smitten. She half smiled and said nice bike. I thanked her and she asked for a ride. I said yes and here we are decades later with a family.

The next evolution
After a rocky start with me moving back to California, then back to Oregon, other people in and out of our lives, me introducing her as my maid instead of gf (yes, I’m an ass 😆) we finally got engaged on Christmas Eve of 95 and moved to California where, in 1997, we went to Lake Tahoe and committed our lives to each other in front of close family and friends who came from Oregon, California, and Colorado.
2004
Becoming a full family
In 2004, We made the move back to Oregon to have kids near family. It was hard leaving the beautiful life we had built in Hermosa Beach, Ca. The ocean view we had, the amazing group of friends we were blessed with. It was a perfect life. Thankfully we are friends with so many of them to this day due to technology. In 2006, our first child was a boy we named Brandon and he is 19 now and studying at the University of Oregon. Our second child was a girl we named Jordan but she goes by Jordi. She is a junior at St Mary’s Academy. Now we are a complete family.
