Met at a Party
I was 15 he was 18. Met at a party and dated for five years spent countless weekends at mud runs and driving through the curves and country of Kentucky. Married had two beautiful children and then three beautiful grandchildren Marks health has taken many turns through the years and almost lost him in 2021 to the widow maker after he survived two types of cancer and continues to live with lymphedema and pain every day and an aortic aneurysm that is not surgically repairable. We live each day to the fullest traveling and spending time with our family. We are a testament to surviving what is thrown our way Time is precious
2006
When life got harder
Mark was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer and a kidney cancer at the same time. Amazing he had it all removed along with a femur and hip. Kidney stayed in tack and he survived without chemo or radiation. He had setbacks and walks with a cane but all in all he continued life with little complications until 2021 when the widow maker tried to take him. He is a miracle walking.
Present Day
Still going strong
Our lives have been tested but our strength and resolve is never stronger. Recently got some bad news but turning it into a passion for living. Making sure our story continues to thrive until it can’t anymore
