Terry Baxter

[Verse 1]
A quiet room, two strangers meet,
No way of knowing love this sweet.
A blind date, a chance, a spark,
Two hearts still stumbling in the dark.
Then something holy took the wheel,
And made this fragile feeling real.

[Chorus]
By grace we found our way back home,
Through every storm we've never been alone.
A love that God Himself designed,
Your hand in mine through all this time.
Oh, what a gift, oh, what a plan,
Blessed to walk beside this faithful man.

[Verse 2]
We said our vows, we meant them true,
But life got heavy, tears broke through.
The pain, it tried to pull apart
The tender promise of the heart.
Yet in the valley, low and wide,
The Lord was walking by our side.

[Chorus]
By grace we found our way back home,
Through every storm we've never been alone.
A love that God Himself designed,
Your hand in mine through all this time.
Oh, what a gift, oh, what a plan,
Blessed to walk beside this faithful man.

[Bridge]
He healed what almost slipped away,
He turned our night into the day.
Three sons, a daughter, love that grew,
A family born from me and you.

[Verse 3]
Now 57 years have passed,
And still this holy love holds fast.
Terry, my answered prayer, my friend,
I'd choose you, love, again, again.
So thank You, Lord, for grace and years,
For laughter rising through the tears.

[Chorus]
By grace we found our way back home,
Through every storm we've never been alone.
A love that God Himself designed,
Terry, your hand still holds mine.
Oh, what a gift, oh, what a plan,
Blessed to grow old with my faithful man.

[Outro]
Terry, my forever, hand in hand,
Still standing on the grace of God's own plan.
