Theresa Juanita

[Verse 1]
There's a light that never fades away,
A gentle soul who kneels each day to pray.
Some folks feel overlooked, passed by,
But you're a twinkle in God's own eye.
A prayerful heart, a helping hand,
The strongest oak in all the land.

[Chorus]
Prayer, joy, forgiveness, worthy, you matter,
Your laughter rings like heaven's sweet chatter.
Oh, Theresa, our shining star,
You show us just how loved we are.
Faith and wisdom, love so true,
Happy birthday, we thank God for you.

[Verse 2]
For Emory, Addie, Effie too,
For Marie and Arlene, you saw them through.
Emily, Tyrone, we all can see,
The blessing in this family.
For every niece and nephew's tears,
You've dried them gently through the years.

[Chorus]
Prayer, joy, forgiveness, worthy, you matter,
Your laughter rings like heaven's sweet chatter.
Oh, Theresa, our shining star,
You show us just how loved we are.
Faith and wisdom, love so true,
Happy birthday, we thank God for you.

[Bridge]
Big Kareem still feels your grace,
The comfort in your warm embrace.
Skip-Bo nights and holy song,
With you around, we all belong.

[Verse 3]
So here's a wish for days ahead,
May peace and joy fill every thread.
God's unfailing love your guide,
His strength forever by your side.
Theresa Juanita, beauty and light,
You make this whole world shine so bright.

[Chorus]
Prayer, joy, forgiveness, worthy, you matter,
Your laughter rings like heaven's sweet chatter.
Oh, Theresa, our shining star,
You show us just how loved we are.
Faith and wisdom, love so true,
Happy birthday, we thank God for you.

[Outro]
Twinkle in God's own eye,
Loved beyond the sky.
